Sally Field's Anti-War Emmy Acceptance Speech Censored by FOX

Anyone watching the Emmy awards tonight will have noticed that Sally's Field's acceptance speech was censored by FOX. Here's what she said: "If the mothers ruled the world there wouldn't be any Goddamned war!"

    She muffed the delivery badly, but I thought the last joke of the night about gangsters running the world was kinda clever.

    Shame on Fox though.

    Fox TV reminds me of the movie, The Running Man with Arnold Schwarzenneger and Richard Dawson.

    Fox creates the "truth." That ain't no lie.
