Introducing Quebec's Next Premier: Gilles Duceppe

A pheonix will rise from the ashes in Quebec City while the Bloc holds on for its life in Ottawa. However, for Quebecers the trade off is worth it. Quebec City, not Ottawa, is the centre of power in Quebec politics, and that's where Duceppe is needed most.
